"Stereotypes"

About Media Stereotypes.
What is stereotypes ?Whats others example that we can see beside common media stereotypes such as the Tv,magazines,movies and more.

Stereotypes as understood from the definition, goes mostly hand in hand with media only not the regular meaning of the innocent media we know. Media propaganda is the other form of media that is rather described as media MANIPULATION and how stereotypes are generally portrayed and their function in propaganda. Also it will further reveal how successful and well stereotypes can work when used in propaganda tactics.

For your information,Stereotypes have exist among human from the beginning of life through media,social,politic and religion.A lot of peoples know wells about this media message however their ignorance and arrogance seems to accept this as a normal issues.Although all stereotypes not negative,we must think about the future generation.
What this message brings to our child?

Some example of stereotypes especially in Hollywood after doing a research is from the movie SIMPSON. The main characters such as Apu are the some example of the stereotypes.On this show Apu character as an Indian immigrant, who prays to Ganesh, and holds a highly noticeable and dissimilar accent. This is stereotypes that contains confusing message and observe by a childs that accepts this as a humour.

Others is from the 9/11 tragedy.A long after this twin towers collapse a lot of conspiracy appear and peoples start to stereotypes its in TV,movies,magazine and many more through public attention.

Conclusion; media stereotypes sometimes can be positive or negative.
Its all about how media develops its impression towards nowadays issue.

I agree that they have good and bad stereotype. But sometimes, if it is good, they will said very very good and actually there's only good. not really good. same as bad, they will talk over about them.

Stereotyping forms bias and prejudice. Generalizing a person according to their lifestyle hurts and fuels anger. Truly it does!
